For those of you who like to look at floor plans, here's the current state of the house...
Pink bubbles are where we live, green bubbles are the rental side.

We will one day convert it back to a single family home, but we do not need that much space now and the rent money sure helps!! I am in the midst of designing the rental kitchen so I'll have more on that later!
